BOSS Homes interim units come in footprints comparable to the most common Pallet models: [64, 70, and 120 sq ft]. In many cases that means a BOSS unit can work within your existing site layout, unit spacing, and utility plan with minimal redesign. Pricing is [competitive with / comparable to] the units most communities budgeted for. We’ll confirm fit, code path, and cost site by site, and our goal is to work within the plan and budget you already have.
