How the System Works
Boss Homes builds homes and ADUs using a finished panelized structural and MEP system that simplifies the most complex parts of construction.
Walls and roof panels are factory-built with framing, insulation, sheathing, and rough Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing already integrated. These panels are delivered to your site on pallets and installed on location without cranes or special access.
The result is a faster, more predictable build delivered by one accountable team.
